Education Development Trust is seeking a highly qualified Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to lead and manage the monitoring, research, and learning activities for an exciting new education and skills programme in Ethiopia. This programme aims to strengthen the relevance and quality of secondary education, ensuring students successfully transition to tertiary education or the world of work by equipping them with relevant skills, knowledge, and attitude through enhanced implementation of the competency-based curriculum.
The MEAL Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all monitoring, research, and learning activities. This includes developing and updating the MEAL strategy, overseeing day-to-day implementation monitoring, and ensuring that component outputs are met and impact is achieved. The role requires extensive collaboration with both central and regional teams to enhance data collection, data management, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, and research, all crucial for the successful delivery of the programme.
