The Health Development and Anti Malaria Association (HDAMA) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental local organization re-registered under Proclamation No. 1113/2009. HDAMA is committed to preventing and controlling the spread of malaria, HIV/AIDS, climate-related and communicable diseases, and reproductive health problems.
HDAMA is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to lead performance tracking and impact assessment for its Tobacco Control (TC) Project. The ideal candidate will develop and implement an M&E framework, ensure data-driven project evaluation, and provide technical support for evidence-based advocacy.
