Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payments in compliance with WHH and donor policies.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment documents, including attendance sheets and payments to casuals and volunteers.
• Record all vouchers into a transaction spreadsheet daily for review by the Senior Finance Expert.
• Prepare payments, ensuring proper coding and supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly bank account reconciliation.
• Support sub-grantees and finance officers in budget planning, modification, and forecasting.
• File and number all financial documents appropriately.
• Stamp invoices and related documents with "Paid" before filing.
• Reconcile reported expenditures with accounting records.
• Scan and upload completed finance documents to the online platform.
• Support the preparation of annual audit reports.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Your Profile

• Education: BA in Accounting.
• Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience in local NGOs/CSPs.
• Language: Advanced knowledge of English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, and willingness to take initiative.
