Job Description
Required Qualifications
- LLB in Law
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Amharic.
- Fluency in local languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A good understanding of the local context is desirable.
Desirable Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Development for All is a not-for-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental organization that works to promote and protect the human rights of minorities and other disadvantaged groups. DFA was established in Ethiopia and attained its legal personality in 2016 as a local civil society organisation with registration number 3610. It was also re-registered in 2019 by Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) as per the new civil society proclamation of the country.
