About the Position
The Junior Intern will assist the Finance department in various tasks, gaining practical experience and exposure to the day-to-day operations of the organization. This internship is ideal for recent graduates looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will assist with the following tasks:
- Documentation Support: Organize and maintain financial documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Scan and store financial documents provided.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of financial reports and documentation for audit.
- Assist in the execution of other departmental tasks as assigned.
About You
Education
- Recent graduate with a degree in accounting or a related field.
Skills
- Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Strong ability using computer scanners and related electronic materials.
- Ability to use computer software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- The intern is expected to work from 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
